Ocean Blue Discounters offers the following Returns Policy:

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS: If upon arrival your item is found to be defective or not as shown or represented in the listing, contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt and describe in detail the problem. Upon approval we will arrange for you to return the item for a full refund of all charges or an exchange of the item (upon availability). Item must be returned in original packaging in the same condition as received.

If your item becomes defective after use, consult product packaging for manufacturer's warranty, we will do our best to assist you with the filing of warranty claims.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY: Your complete satisfaction is our goal. You may return your purchase if you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase date upon the following conditions:

If returned in new and resalable condition in original packaging, we will issue a refund of the original purchase price. No refund of original shipping charge and buyer to incur all cost for returning the item. Prior approval and Return Merchandise Authorization number required for ALL returns (Items are never to be returned to the manufacturer/distributor address on the packaging unless instructed to do so!) Instructions and address for return will be provided by Customer Service.
If item has been used and/or is not returned in resalable condition in the original packaging, a restocking fee of 5% to 20% of purchase price MAY be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to refuse refund for returned items that are damaged or destroyed by neglect or improper use. Refund of original shipping charge will not be returned and buyer to incur all cost for returning the item to Ocean Blue Discounters.


Because we work with a variety of manufacturers, delivery time and shipment availability may vary from one product to the next. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped directly from the manufacturer to you via UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS within ONE TO FIVE BUSINESS DAYS of ORDER PLACEMENT. Shipment Notification email will be sent with tracking information when available. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES SHOWN IN OUR STORE ARE FOR DELIVERY WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL USA ONLY. Many items in our store are available for International shipment however due to manufacturer restrictions items must be first shipped to us and then we can ship overseas.
