Q: Are the products in your store Brand New or Refurbished/Seconds? A: All items are brand new (except for certain refurbished items which would be clearly stated) and are shipped in original retail packaging direct from the manufacturer or product distributor's warehouse.
Q: Do you accept product returns? If so how does it work? A: Yes. Please refer to the Store Policy page for full particulars. We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Contact Customer Service with any issues and we will do everything within our power to resolve any problems that may occur.
Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Shipping is based upon weight of the item(s) in your shopping cart and shipping zip code information. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES SHOWN IN OUR STORE ARE FOR DELIVERY WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL USA ONLY.
Q: When can I expect to receive my order? A: Because we work with a variety of manufacturers and some international sources, delivery time and shipment availability may vary from one product to the next. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped directly from the manufacturer to you via UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS within ONE TO FIVE BUSINESS DAYS of ORDER PLACEMENT. Shipment Notification email will be sent with tracking information when available.
Q: How can obtain additional information on a particular product? A: Contact Customer Service via email (info@oceanbluediscounters.com) 24 hours a day and receive a response within 24 hours in most cases, sometimes within minutes! Be as detailed and specific as you can to ensure that we can properly reply to your request. Additional pictures may also be available for many of the products. You may also call Pete at 888-884-7621 x101 between the hours of 7a.m. to 9p.m. (Pacific Time) Monday thru Saturday and we'll be happy to answer any questions.
Q: Do you ship Internationally? If so what is the cost? A: ALL SHIPPING CHARGES SHOWN IN OUR STORE ARE FOR DELIVERY WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL USA ONLY. The majority of items in our store are available for International shipment, however due to manufacturer and/or product distributor shipping restrictions most items must first shipped to our location in California so we can then ship to you overseas. Contact Customer Service for availability and shipping quote before purchasing - Provide destination address for accurate pricing.
Q: Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska? Are there additional costs? A: For many populated areas there will only be a slight shipping surcharge, however for some remote locations we may not be able to ship and/or there would be additional cost. Contact Customer Service and provide shipping address for availability and accurate quote.
